A little about me

Hi, I’m Varidsara. I’m a sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher based in Bangkok. My work is deeply gentle and very human. I create calm spaces where people can slow down, release stress, and feel held, whether it’s your first session or part of your regular wellness routine.

You do not need to be fixed.
You only need a safe space to soften, breathe, and return.

The way I work

Sound healing is at the heart of what I do. I work with singing bowls and vibration to guide the nervous system into a slower, calmer state. Yoga can be included as a gentle complement when it supports you. Every session is adapted to your needs, your energy, and your comfort level. No pressure, no performance, just care.
